Hockey Specific Runs
Field Hockey requires a lot of endurance and speed training. Members will also have access to runs that've helped me throughout my hockey career.
How it works
Members will be sent different run workouts that I've done the past years. These example runs will include variations for different age groups/ fitness levels. Everyone is different and fitness is something that is ever changing. Don't be too hard on yourself, but stay committed to the goal of getting better!
